What I automate
Tasks with clear rules, even with exceptions: copying data between systems, writing texts that always say the same thing with different data, reading documents and extracting what matters, alerting someone when something happens and answering questions whose answer is already written. I deliver this through IA que trabaja, my automation agency:
- AI on WhatsApp: a bot that answers with your real catalogue and hands over what it does not know.
- Automatic quotes: instant prices with your rates, any time, with an alert on your phone.
- Alerts and follow-up: reminders, delay notices and pending payments sent automatically.
- Invoices with AI: invoices read, reconciled and filed; you only review the odd ones.
- Customer support: email and site chat answered instantly in your tone.
- Lead generation, social media automation, AI agents and n8n and Make integrations.
AI agents, properly constrained
An agent is not a chat that answers: it is an assistant with access to your tools that performs multi-step tasks. Because it can touch your systems, I always build it with:
- Least privilege: read-only when it only needs to read.
- Confirmation before acting on anything that sends, deletes or charges.
- Full logging of what it queried and did.
- Protection against injected instructions hidden in emails or notes.
Under the hood: MCP to connect the agent to your tools, Claude or another model depending on cost, n8n to orchestrate steps, and plain Python when something does not need a model.
A case I run
I manage the technical side of a phone repair and refurbished-phone company where almost everything repetitive is automated across eight fronts: WhatsApp support with the company's real knowledge, an internal knowledge assistant in chat, Shopify changes by conversation, supplier products and stock, Google review replies, order tracking with carrier data, Google Ads monitoring, and quotes and invoicing. They estimate they recover about three hours a day; that is their estimate, not a stopwatch measurement.
How I work
- Documented and yours: account, documentation and delivered code are in your name.
- Start small, then extend.
- What I won't sell you: an agent that "runs the company on its own".
Price
No fixed rates: cost depends on what needs connecting and the hours recovered. The initial estimate is free, and you get a fixed written price before we start. AI usage costs are separate; an internal bot for a small team usually stays around €10 to €50 a month.
FAQ
What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers. An agent also acts: it queries software, chains steps and performs tasks. That is why it needs permissions and controls a chatbot does not.
What happens if we stop working together?
Everything keeps working. Accounts, code and documentation are yours, precisely so you do not depend on me.
